  • All tags, labels, and accessories originally included with the product are intact.

  • For damaged or defective products, clear photos must be provided as evidence, including:

    • External packaging

    • All barcodes

    • The product itself
       

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Custom or personalized products
     

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@witabag.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Provide all required photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
     

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
     

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
